You may choose to have your ashes infused alone or you can add some shimmer or color to the stone with them. This pendant can be made using ashes from one or multiple loved ones. Each ash sample may create slightly different natural colors in the final piece, depending on their unique makeup. However, we cannot guarantee a dramatic color difference when using multiple ash samples in one piece.

Color changes are natural; expect materials to become darker or lighter than the original color. Some inclusions, such as fabric and petals, can become slightly translucent. Breast milk will not be white unless we add white shimmer powder to it.

If you have not been sized by a jeweler, please select that you are unsure of your ring size. This will ensure we do not order or start your piece until you have confirmed your ring size either by visiting a jeweler (recommended) or by using the plastic ring sizer provided in the kit we will send you after ordering.

Shortly after placing your order, you should receive an automated confirmation from our website letting you know your order was successfully submitted and providing you with your unique order number (take note of this!). After this, within one business day, you will receive a detailed order confirmation sent directly from us that explains the remaining steps of the process for shipping your inclusions.

Liability for any damages to your materials prior to their arrival cannot be assumed by Flora Creek Place. It is your responsibility to pack your materials appropriately as described in the shipping instructions we show on our website and send you via email and mail.

Breast milk jewelry is such a special and personal way to capture a meaningful part of your motherhood journey. Because the preservation process is quite different from working with flowers or ashes, it requires extra time, specialized materials, and a bit more care to prepare properly before it can be used in resin. The pricing simply reflects the extra steps involved to ensure your keepsake is preserved beautifully and safely.

Due to the personal nature of this business and the custom design of each product, all purchases, including gift cards are non-refundable. Please contact us in advance if you have any questions about choosing the best product for you.

Please contact us immediately if your item is defective. Further, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery if there is any error or issue with the product.  After this date, sizing of rings, fair wear and tear, scratching, neglect, misuse, damage due to not following of care instructions will void any repairs or refund policies. We will assess each piece in accordance to our knowledge.

Any client who has not sent Personalized Inclusions within a 12-month time frame from ordering, will not be entitled to a refund, however they may receive partial store credit. Reminders for sending Personalized Inclusions are given periodically. It is your responsibility to send us your Personalized Inclusions.
